WMA served as the engineer for the renovation and addition to the 11,000 square foot, three-story office building. The building included a 110 person auditorium, computer lab, offices, and support spaces. New mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems were designed throughout the building with limited ceiling space. The new systems included a chilled water cooling system, steam to hot water heating system, VAV air handling system, new electrical service and distribution, sprinkler system with fire pump and plumbing system with house pump. A DDC building automation system controls the equipment and is monitored by the university engineers.
