WMA completed the design of the mechanical and electrical systems for the 34,000 square feet of renovation space at the Episcopal Diocese Building at 65 E. Huron in Chicago. The renovation included a new lobby, kitchen, Burill Hall, restrooms, a gallery multi-function space and supporting areas. The renovation included a complete replacement of the air handling units, cooling tower, controls, low voltage system, and plumbing systems as well as the addition of sprinklers for the renovated areas.
