WMA provided MEP/FP design services for Highland Park’s Rosewood Beach Park Restoration project. The project included a series of new beach buildings and a boardwalk along Rosewood Beach in Highland Park, Illinois. The building projects total 5,000 square feet and include a Beach Reception Pavilion, Refreshment Pavilion, Restroom Pavilion, and Environmental Education Pavilion. The 1,500 foot Boardwalk along Lake Michigan includes lighting, receptacles and other site electrical amenities. The project also included provisions for two additional pavilions and an additional beach stairway landing. The project included a geothermal system to provide heating and cooling for the Pavilions.
