The approximately $100 million project included the demolition of an existing high-rise classroom building and separating existing emergency power, chilled water, and steam heating systems shared with an adjacent university building. The new facility included 186,000 square feet of student housing and 214,000 square feet of academic and student services consisting of classrooms, lecture halls, science laboratories, administrative offices, and dining and fitness facilities.
