The project consisted of the demolition and renovation of approximately 20,000 square feet of conventional office space and call center for approximately 170 people. The renovation included open office space and call center areas populated with open office furniture systems, large and small private offices, conference rooms, reception area, pantries, noncooking kitchen, copy/print areas, storage rooms, one MDF and one IDF room and other associated support areas.
The space includes a live, vocal, training and control room. Some of the spaces required high acoustic wall and ceiling construction and upgraded MEP/FP systems. Interconnecting low voltage structured cable system and associated raceway infrastructure were also required as part of the design. WMA also included a supplemental cooling system for the MDF, IDF, live, vocal and control rooms.
