This hotel project was partially constructed in 2008 as a Staybridge Suites and stalled after ownership issues. In 2012, the Godfrey Hotel found new life when construction restarted and the property was converted into a 16-story, high-end boutique hotel with 221 rooms. Amenities include a restaurant, 12,000 square foot indoor/outdoor rooftop lounge and conference space, spa, fitness center, and two floors of parking. WMA provided a plumbing design/build narrative as well as designs of conventional HVAC and electrical systems.
