WMA has served as DLA Piper’s MEP consultant for nearly ten years, having provided full MEP services at DLA Piper’s 203 N. LaSalle Street office space for numerous projects, including DLA Piper’s full 157,000 square foot office renovation and improvement.
More recently, in 2016, DLA Piper and Development Resources, Inc. again called on WMA to provide full MEP services for DLA Piper’s relocation from 203 N. LaSalle to 444 W. Lake Street. The new office space will consist of open office areas populated with furniture systems, large, medium and small private offices, collaboration and team rooms, a library, general filing and a high density filing room, an employee café, and other associated support areas. The space build-out will also include a dedicated conference center floor with flexible meeting spaces, breakout areas, video conference rooms, and a catering pantry. WMA’s designs will also include MDF and IDF rooms with 24/7 supplemental cooling.
