This 2011 project consists of a new 4-story, 115,000 square foot classroom building to house the English Department and the History of Art & Architecture Department. Arts & Letters Hall houses 47 state-of-the-art classrooms, computer and study labs, as well as faculty and administrative offices. WMA provided resources for the design and coordination of conventional HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical, and Structured Cabling Systems. This project was awarded LEED Gold certification.
