This project consisted of the construction of a 4-story, 115,000 square foot classroom building to house the English Department and the History of Art & Architecture Department. Arts & Letters Hall houses 47 state-of-the-art classrooms, computer and study labs, as well as faculty and administrative offices. WMA provided resources for the design and coordination of conventional MEP/FP and Structured Cabling Systems. This project was awarded LEED Gold certification.
