The Capital One project has involved the renovation of 270,110 square feet in four separate phases. In Phase I, WMA provided full design services for the interior build-out of two suites totaling 105,000 square feet. The project included the interior renovation of 28,000 square feet of conventional office space, as well as a 77,000 square foot designated call center. New elements included redundant UPS support and a standby generator for selected systems.
Phase II involved an expansion at the Atrium Corporate Center. The project added 68,000 square feet to suit 600 professional associates. Phase III was the renovation of 18,265 square feet and included three phase areas. The scope of work included selective demolition and renovation through-out the space, multi-purpose training and conference rooms, interview rooms, an employee health center and other associated support areas. The health center build-out included multiple a procedure room, two exam rooms, private offices, reception, test lab, nurse’s station and two new toilet rooms.
Phase IV is currently in progress. The 69,180 square foot build out is designated to support the Capital One Workplace Solutions technology staff.
