Located in Chicago’s historic Fulton Market district, this former cold storage facility was given new life as a commercial office and Google’s new Midwestern headquarters. WMA provided the Shell & Core MEP/FP and LV engineering design, as well as LEED Support and Energy Modeling for this 569,000 square foot, 10-story building. The ground floor of the building was designed for future commercial retail development and the upper floors are designed for Class A office use.The design also included a new 6-story addition with underground parking.
